A classic staple throughout Italy. This time honored bread is soft inside, crusty outside, and has a flavor profile that enables it to play well with so many options…especially butter. Available as a loaf or sliced.

Brioche Buns, Sliders and Portuguese Rolls
Our Brioche is made with milk, butter, egg and a touch of sugar for a sublime flavor and super soft crumb. Ours is a time honored all natural recipe. No long list of ingredients here like so many other “natural” brioche buns. The texture is unlike any other bun - the dough is allowed to rise and is never cooled or deflated. The result is a roll and bun that is soft, with just a touch of sweetness, making them ideal for sandwiches, burgers, a dinner roll, or just a simple delicious snack.

Challah Loaves
